Kim, originally from Nebraska , is a full-time art professor at Merritt College in California. Since the mid 80's, she has been participating in group and solo exhibitions.

       Most recently, she applied for and was awarded a residency fellowship from the Helene Wurlitzer Foundation in Taos during the summer of 2007. Her work is full of mystery and intrigue and created by an artist who focuses inwardly for her creative inspiration.
