BARBARA ZARING: Barbara Zaring received the Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award for alignCreative and Performing Arts 2010-11 from DePauw University on October 8th.This award recognizes accomplishment in the fields of music, performance, fine arts and writing. Barbara has been a painter and print maker in Taos since 1973 and has shown extensively in galleries and museums throughout the country. Her work is shown locally at Total Arts Gallery. She and her husband, Stephen Rose, were in Greencastle, Indiana, to attend the banquet award dinner. KEN SPENCER: Two of Ken Spencer's paintings have been accepted into the Salon International juried show at the Greenhouse Gallery in San Antonio, TX
